Outposts specialise in experiential learning for schools and groups. Our educational outdoor team activity programmes include a range of tasks and challenges which give young people the opportunity to develop and practice their teamwork skills outside of the classroom such as communication, problem-solving, organisation and empathy.
There are a wide range of team activity days at a variety of levels, depending on the age of the participants and budget. The content of each team activity day is designed around your schools' particular objectives.
Find out more detail about each of these days on the pages below:
We believe our Team Activity Days for schools and groups are second to none but don't just take our word for it. Read what teachers and group leaders say about us:
"A great day out for the newly arrived students -I am sure many new friendships have been made - down to the fact that the students have to communicate and listen to one another."
Taunton School 2016
"Outposts delivered an excellent programme that was tailored made for our Year 12 induction programme. It provided the perfect opportunity for new and current pupils to bond over well thought out tasks, such many of them falling off milk crates into 'shark infested water', dropping 'explosive' devices and the abandonment of team mates in 'acid filled lakes'."
