Walking in the Drakensberg MouOutposts is running several expeditions abroad and relevant training programmes in the UK this year, news of which can be found by following the links on this page.

"1. DUKE OF WESTMINSTER AWARD CVQO - EXPEDITION TO SOUTH AFRICA AND SWAZILAND 2010
Depart 16th July-Return 5th August:
This week the ten prize winning cadets have started their three week expedition to South Africa, where they will undertake an environmental awareness course in Kwa Zulu Natal and a cultural project working with and teaching orphaned children. They will also visit Rorkes Drift, Isandlwana and take part in a walking safari.

"2. CADET 150- EXERCISE LESOTHO VENTURER 2010
Depart 26th July-Return 18th August:
This special expedition for the 60 selected cadets commemorating 150 years of the cadet forces set off for Lesotho on 26th July.

Depart 27th July- Return 11th July.
Nineteen young explorers will be departing on 27th July for Nepal.
